Buddy Reading

Thanks to Ms Fallon who co-ordinated World Book Day and Buddy reading this term. Buddy Reading promotes literacy among the students by pairing up younger and older children to read for short sessions twice a week. The children really enjoyed it and well done to both the junior and senior buddies for the good progress they made with their reading. For World Book Day the classes produced books of their own, wrote book reports and redesigned book covers. Some of this work is on display in the class library.
